A bumper schedule has been unveiled for AWC Race Tasmania, from March 15-17 at Symmons Plains Raceway, along with a massive 12 hours of live and free coverage via 7plus and four hours free-to-air on 7mate as part of the Shannons SpeedSeries.

The 99motorsport Audi TCR car has officially hit the circuit for the first time, during practice on Day 1 of Round 1 of the 2024 Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series at Sandown International Motor Raceway in Melbourne.

99motorsport will line up for their maiden season in TCR Australia, with team owner Marcus LaDelle at the wheel and also making his category debut. LaDelle will drive the Audi RS3 LMS chassis that was steered to the 2021 Series victory by Chaz Mostert.

Experienced 99motorsport team owner, Marcus LaDelle, will get behind the wheel of his team’s Audi RS3 LMS TCR at Sandown for the opening round of the Supercheap Auto TCR Australia season.

“While I originally had the humble approach of putting a driver in the car, I can’t resist the challenge of steering this very fast Euro, and I love the Sandown circuit,” said LaDelle.

Marcus LaDelle’s 99motorsport are the newest team in the Supercheap Auto TCR Australia paddock, today announcing their commitment to the 2024 season.

99motorsport have experienced a rapid development in recent years, growing from a single entry in RX8 Cup to a multi-car team in the Toyota 86 Series throughout 2023. LaDelle has acquired the 2021 TCR Australia series winning car from Melbourne Performance Centre, taking over the proverbial keys today as part of preparations for a Sandown debut.

After a wet and wild Round 2 of the TGRA86 Scholarship Racing championships at Victoria’s Phillip Island, Team Principle Marcus LaDelle has given a proud endorsement for the 4 car operation which took on the field in challenging conditions.
